Hola a todos nuestros miembros. Gracias por ser partícipes de y siempre estar participando con sus maravillosos trabajos.

El día de hoy, después de hablarlo detenidamente, Angelus19 y yo decidimos hacer una limpieza masiva del grupo para que fuera más organizado y cada cosa tuviera su respectivo lugar. En ese orden de ideas tanto los cargos de administración como los folders del grupo han sido limpiados y es así como funcionan las cosas ahora:

Administración

Ha sido reducida a un grupo de 6 personas que serán las únicas con control sobre los folders y administración general del grupo. NO buscamos más administradores, gracias infinitas por su interés pero de esta forma es más sencillo llevar el grupo.

Las personas que previamente eran parte del equipo de administración (al que desgraciadamente se podía acceder sin control alguno) no fueron eliminadas del grupo, simplemente su lugar fue establecido como "miembros normales".

Las personas que se han quedado con sus cargos fueron elegidas bien sea por ser conocidas de Angelus y mía o porque su cuenta de DeviantART cumple con características específicas necesarias para este grupo.

Folders

El folder de "Featured" se encuentra sometido a voto. NO se van a aceptar las siguientes obras en la carpeta:

• OC's que no sean Thomas, Marie, Jasmine, etc.

• Fanfiction / Escritos

• Jounals / Entradas de blog

• Collages, ediciones, gifs que no sean propios, dibujos aleatorios

• Dibujos individuales de Thomas y/o Marie

• Dibujos con personajes además de la pareja principal (Thomarie)

¿En dónde puedo subir mis trabajos ahora?

Han sido abiertos los siguientes folders para organizar el trabajo, se distribuyen así:

• Fanfiction in spanish: Historias en español.

• Just Thomas: Piezas que contengan solo a Thomas Fletcher.

• Just Marie: Piezas que contengan solo a Marie Flynn

• Thomarie and Groups: La pareja principal con uno o más personajes adicionales

• Fanfiction in english: Piezas escritas en inglés.

• Fanfiction in other languages: Piezas escritas que no estén en inglés o español.

De manera atenta les pido que coloquen sus piezas en los folders correctos para ahorranos trabajo a todos, tanto a los usuarios como administradores, así todos tendremos una convivencia más sencilla y favorable en el grupo.

La limpieza continúa. Aún me faltan más de 30 páginas de obras por revisar y posiblemente añada más álbumes conforme vea la necesidad, no saben cuántas horas he pasado ya limpiando, organizando en los folders y retirando piezas que no correspondan al grupo, así que esperen más modificaciones en los próximos días.

Hello to every single member. Thank you for participating on and being always contributing with your wonderful work.

Today, after discusing it with Angelus19, we both decided to make a massive cleaning on the group so it woudl be more organized and each thing has its own place. That being said, both admin roles and folders are being cleaned and this is how things will work from now on:

Administration

It has been narrowed to 6 people who will be the only ones able to manage folders and the group in general. We are NOT currently looking for more admins, thank you for being interested but this way it is easier to carry the group on.

The people who also where admins before (unfortunately you could access to the roles without any kind of messure) weren't expelled from the group, they roles where just changed to "average member".

Those who are still admins were chosen either because Angelus and I know them or their DeviantART profile was suitable to this group's activities.

Folders

To submit something into "Featured", it has to be voted for one of the admins. We WON'T be accepting the following pieces:

• OC's different from Thomas, Marie, Jasmine etc.

• Fanfiction / Writings

• Jounals / Blog entries

• Collages, editions, gif that aren't your own, random drawings

• Individual drawings of Thomas and/or Marie

• Drawings that include different characters from Thomarie

Where can I submit my work now?

New folders have been opened to submit your work, like this:

• Fanfiction in spanish: Stories written in spanish.

• Just Thomas: Drawings with just Thomas Fletcher.

• Just Marie: Drawings with just Marie Flynn

• Thomarie and Groups: Main couple with one or other several characters

• Fanfiction in english: Stories written in english.

• Fanfiction in other languages: Stories written in languages different from english and spanish.

I kindly ask you to submit your work in the right folders, that way we make it easier for everyone, members and admins, that way we all are going to have a better time on the group.

The cleaning is still going on. I still have more than 30 pages to go and I'll be adding more folders as I see it is necessary, you don't know how many hours I've already spent on cleaning, organizing and removing pieces that don't belong in the group, so you should wait for more modifications in the next days.
